Dallas Physicians Locums is a local company that hires physicians who will provide temporary provider replacements, locums coverage, fill-ins, holiday coverage, house call coverage, and on-call for physicians who are unavailable for work.
Dallas Physicians Locums specializes in North Dallas locum coverage for:
- Family physicians
- Urgent care companies or physicians.
- Internal Medicine
- Basic pediatrics
- Aesthetic Medicine
- On call services for the above.
On call services for allergist coverage for allergy shots (we provide on site coverage for serious allergic reactions while allergist staff administers allergy injections. Locum does not see routine allergy patients).
We can also provide coverage for part time work on a regular basis.
Our physicians have medical malpractice.
Our agency is small, very local, and it focuses on the north Dallas area. We will consider work in San Antonio also.
Cost of coverage services:
Our services are priced to be very competitive and we can give you a lower price than any other locum agencies, or staffing agencies. Please let us know what price you have been quoted and we will do our best to be competitive.
Our best rates are for coverage 2-3 months away, but emergency coverage can also be arranged for local requests. WE ALSO HAVE HALF DAY RATES.

How to Arrange Coverage
1: Please check our availability (go to “Contact Us” and then “Check Calendar Availability”. 2 Decide the coverage and dates you need. 3 Contact DPL on “Contact Us”. 4 DPL will review and contact you.
5 Once we discuss the nature of the coverage and a rate, DPL will send a contract for you to review. 6 At execution of the contract, DPL will need a non-refundable deposit to block its schedule.
7 DPL will issue a work confirmation letter indicating final details.
